Arriving for your appointment
Cove Studios is a by-appointment-only space, with each service provider operating as an independent business owner. For the safety and privacy of our providers and guests, the main entrance remains locked at all times and there is no receptionist onsite.
When you arrive for your appointment, please enter the vestibule at the main entrance. To the right of the door, you’ll find a keypad—use the access code provided by your service provider to enter. Once inside, you’re welcome to have a seat in the waiting area and enjoy a refreshment while you wait. To help maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you avoid taking phone calls in this space. Please do not knock on the main door; if you need assistance, contact your service provider directly for access.
Cancellations and Communication
All appointment changes, cancellations, and inquiries should be directed to your individual service provider. As independent business owners, each provider maintains their own policies and handles scheduling matters directly. Please review your provider’s policies in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Guests and Children
We’ve intentionally created a peaceful, serene environment for all guests. Children are welcome, provided they are supervised at all times and remain calm and quiet to avoid disrupting other appointments. We appreciate your mindfulness and respect for the shared space.
