Conveniently located at the busy intersection of 27th Street and Reed Market Road, our studios are easily accessible from every part of town. This thriving area is one of Bend’s fastest-growing neighborhoods, with hundreds of new homes and a vibrant community taking shape.

Hairstylists, estheticians, PMU artists, injectors, massage therapists, lash/brow artists, and other wellness providers.

Each studio comes equipped with a sink and built-in upper and lower cabinets, giving you a functional foundation to make the space your own. Suites rented by hairstylists will include a stand-behind shampoo bowl.

We currently offer year long leases for full studio rentals and 3 month booth-rent style leases for our double studios.

Yes — we allow one approved sublease per studio to accommodate part-time renters.

Our leasing process begins with an inquiry, followed by a brief interview, a tour, and finally, signing your lease. Pre-leasing will begin January 2026 for those eager to reserve their studio as a founding member.
